Privacy and cookies policy
This page describes the processing of personal data carried out from the sdMPLS® website, its purpose, its legal basis, its duration and your rights.
This page is an English translation of the French privacy policy (Politique de confidentialité), provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Data controller

The data is not transferred outside the European Union. It is hosted in France. It is neither sold nor assigned; it is disclosed only to the relevant departments of Flex.eu, to its technical subcontractors (hosting, email sending) and, with your explicit agreement, to the Powered by sdMPLS partner in charge of your request.
Subcontractors. Website hosting: OVH SAS (OVHcloud), Roubaix, France. Form processing: requests are sent by email to FLEX's business email system (Microsoft 365, data hosted in the European Union); no third-party customer relationship management tool is used. Audience measurement: Matomo, installed and hosted by FLEX in France, with no transmission to a third party.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to the data protection contact (details above) stating the subject of your request; a response is provided within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Every form submission triggers an automatic confirmation email reminding you of these rights.
Cookies and trackers
The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. No script or video is loaded from another domain; the only exception is the base map of the Partners page, described below.
Strictly necessary cookies: none at present (the V1 mock-up sets no cookies). Each form contains a hidden field carrying the time it was displayed, used for anti-spam protection; this information is neither stored in your browser nor passed to a third party.
Audience measurement: Flex.eu uses audience measurement configured in consent-exempt mode within the meaning of the CNIL recommendation (purpose strictly limited to audience measurement, anonymised data, no cross-referencing, tracker lifetime limited to 13 months). In this mode, no consent banner is required. If the configuration adopted does not meet these conditions, a consent banner will be added before any tracker is set.
The tool selected is Matomo, installed on FLEX's servers in France and configured in consent-exempt mode in accordance with the CNIL recommendation. No consent banner is therefore displayed. You may nevertheless object to this audience measurement by enabling your browser's “Do Not Track” signal, which Matomo honours.
Base map of the Partners page
The Partners page shows the footprint of Powered by sdMPLS distributors on an OpenStreetMap base map. The map images (“tiles”) are loaded from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom), which on that occasion receives your browser's IP address and the list of tiles requested (area and zoom level displayed), as with any image loaded from a third-party website. No cookie is set by this loading; the mapping library (Leaflet) is hosted on our own servers. The Foundation's privacy policy is available at osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy. If you do not wish these requests to be made, you can block the domain tile.openstreetmap.org or refrain from visiting the Partners page.
The positions shown on this map are approximate (at municipality level) and contain no personal data: no partner name, address or identifier is published.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. The forms are protected against automated submissions (decoy field and minimum delay) without any third-party captcha. The data transmitted is kept on systems located in France, with access restricted to authorised persons.
